We use Stripe and Paypal as payment gates. Within Stripe you can find a variety of payment methods that might be compatible with your country.
Items purchased but not paid for after 48 hours will be canceled and relisted
SHIPPING & HANDLING
You will get a message that I’ve received your order within 24 hours of purchase.
The items will be shipped between 1-5 business days depending on the time it takes to produce it, after received payment unless otherwise notified by us.
We will gladly ship straight to a “giftee” as well as include a personal note if and when requested. You just need to leave us a message at email@example.com
If you have any special requests please contact us before you place your order, or as soon as possible. We cannot honor requests that were not discussed before you placed your order.
When we have sent your order, you will be notified that the order has been shipped and the tracking number, as well as the site available to track your package (according to the shipping method choice) if you have chosen that method.
The price paid for the shipping is included at the end of the purchase and it includes the price for the shipping as well as the handling and packaging used.
PLEASE NOTE that NOT all packages are traceable. If you purchase with regular shipping, in Europe, that DOES NOT come with tracking number.
If you want to track your package, please choose on the shipping options given upon checkout.
Your purchase will be shipped to the ADDRESS you have provided.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you make your purchase. If the item is returned to us by the postal services because of an incorrect address or unclaimed package, the buyer is responsible for the original shipping fees and the shipping fees to resend the item.
While packages generally arrive much SOONER, we leave up to 2 weeks for the item to arrive for Domestic delivery and up to 4-6 weeks for International delivery time before re-sending/refunding for non delivery and if you have placed an order with tracking number.
Take in consideration that during holidays, special seasons and other special occasions according to each country, shipping may take more time, due to post office unpredictable work. So Priority Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times if you need your items within a schedule.
Still, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive by the time expected, as it will depend on the carrier.

We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimate dates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the postal services work.

Many international shipments will incur duties and customs charges. ALL customs fees, import duties, processing fees, taxes, tariffs, etc. are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges. Check with your customs office for specifications.
Additionally, items and their values will be accurately and honestly described on customs forms – no exceptions. All items are labeled as ‘merchandise’, not ‘gifts’.
>> If an order is returned to us because you did not pay the above-mentioned fees, we will refund you the cost of the item(s) (unless it was a personalized item which is non-refundable) but not the cost of shipping or any customs fees paid.
We want our costumers to be happy with their purchase and we do accept returns or refunds when you’re not happy with your item, or you get a broken item, or presenting a clear problem that cannot be fixed. For that you need to provide us clear evidence by pictures and details within 48 hours of receiving your package.
With custom and personalized items, we do NOT do refunds or returns. If there is something that is important to you in your piece, please describe it clearly when you are placing your order.
Reasons related to customs fees, shipping costs, or other stated fees are not refundable.
The ONLY circumstance that we are fully responsible for all expenses on the Return / Exchange is when we have sent you a blatantly incorrect item. We will provide you with convenient shipping options to return the item to us at our cost, in the original condition that it was received by you, and we will send you the correct item.
We will provide a refund if you have purchased insurance for your item and it has been damaged, you have a clear problem with it, or lost in shipping as evidenced by tracking information.
For that please leave us a message so we can solve the problem, send a picture of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving it and we will issue you a full refund, or resend a new item (if available).
If you are not sure about an item before purchasing, please ask all necessary questions or ask for additional photos or information to clear all doubts.
We’ll be here to answer your questions about each item so you have no doubts about your order and are satisfied at the end of the process.
If you are worried about potential loss or damage during shipping and handling, please inquire us about insurance which is a reasonable optional charge.
We accept cancellations within 24 hours, ONLY if the order has not been prepared and shipped already.
Some items are ready to ship and can be prepared on the same day upon order placement, so for cancellations you must contact us within 12 hours after purchase.

Custom orders may take up to a week to ship unless otherwise notified.
Combined Shipping Policy:
We combine shipments for customers purchasing more than one item. Usually there is an price for all orders. Sometimes we may not be able to combine items in one shipment, due to size and weight differences or other considerations . Naturally, we accommodate a delicate and small piece in a package with a potentially larger and heavier piece in a way to prevent them to get damaged.
In rare circumstances, we can send different packages if needed, but you’ll be notified. We reserve the right to make this decision in the best interest of all concerned.
Shipping costs are not only the actual value of the postage paid to the post office but are also partially covering our cost to deliver your items to you including materials such as bubble mailers, bubble wrap, printer ink, paper, packing tape, fees, and more. The cost of the item is what we would charge for the item itself if someone were to buy it from us in person.
